We are delighted to introduce Noma Security for this discussion. Their focus on governing and securing AI agents across the enterprise speaks directly to one of the most pressing questions now facing CISOs.

As organisations accelerate from AI pilots to enterprise deployment, security, governance and trust have become critical success factors. With GenAI and autonomous agents increasingly embedded in business processes, security leaders must ensure AI is deployed safely, responsibly and at scale.

This intimate roundtable brings together a small group of senior security leaders to compare how they are approaching these emerging challenges and opportunities.

Join fellow CISOs and security leaders for a private dinner at Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar in the City. This is an opportunity to step away from day-to-day operational pressures and benchmark approaches with CISO peers facing similar challenges: share what is working, challenge assumptions and explore the practical opportunities and limitations.

Questions for the roundtable

  • Emerging risk: what are the biggest emerging AI-driven risks you are seeing (compliance exposure, data integrity, confidentiality), and are you addressing them with existing controls or something purpose-built? Where did the existing stack break first?
  • What is working: productivity and security are often framed as a trade-off. What has been your biggest AI-driven business enabler so far, and what security foundations were required before you could adopt it safely?
  • What is next: where is your biggest remaining gap in production deployments and locally adopted AI: visibility, testing or enforcement? What would it take (tooling, process or organisational ownership) to close that gap?

Key discussion topics

Compliance exposure, data integrity and confidentiality, and where existing controls first break down.

Enabling the business

The AI use cases delivering value so far, and the security foundations needed before adopting them safely.

From pilot to production

Securing GenAI and autonomous agents as they move into business processes at scale.

Closing the gaps

Visibility, testing and enforcement: the tooling, process and ownership needed to govern operational AI.
