The agenda is in development and we welcome your input.
Geopolitical risk updates shaping the future.
Strategies against civil unrest, activism and terrorism.

Safeguarding global operations.
Mitigating threats for mobile teams.
Working with the CISO and cyber teams, and countering misinformation.
Updates on illicit trade and corruption.
Using intelligence for strategic decision-making.

Environmental, social and governance challenges.
The 2nd CSO 360 Middle East runs alongside the 7th CISO 360 Middle East at the InterContinental Istanbul. Delegates move freely between the two programmes.

Core objectives

Founded in 1989, the Information Security Forum (ISF) is an independent organisation driven by its Members, ranging from Fortune 500 and Forbes 2000 listed corporations to public-sector bodies and government departments.
Its business-driven solutions provide organisations with the guidance, tools and methodologies needed to tackle the wide-ranging governance, risk and compliance challenges facing businesses around the world.
Protecting people, profits, property, information and reputation: resilience and innovation as business advantage.
The 2nd CSO 360 Middle East convenes the people accountable for protecting the enterprise: corporate security, global and regional security operations, investigations, geopolitical risk and intelligence, business continuity, anti-fraud, crisis management and travel risk, and the executives and board members they report to. Cyber is addressed fully at the co-located 7th CISO 360 Middle East. Delegates come from Türkiye, the GCC, the Middle East, EMEA and MENA, with strong attendance from Türkiye and the Gulf.
As a sponsor, you will engage with:
For sponsors, this means direct access to budget holders and buyers in corporate security, intelligence, investigations and resilience; insight into how protective security investment is justified to the board; alignment with cross-domain resilience priorities; senior conversations in addition to the one-to-one meeting programme; and an international delegate base weighted to Türkiye, the Gulf, the Middle East, EMEA and MENA.
Sponsor feedback, CSO 360 Global Congress
We schedule your one-to-one meetings before you arrive, matched on mutual relevance and selection. Your team arrives with a diary rather than a stand to staff. We regularly deliver 250–270% of the meetings contracted.
A curated space, your chosen theme and session type, inside an event already full of the people you want in the room: the depth of a hosted event without the cost, lead time or risk of filling it yourself.
Complimentary places for your existing customers and prospects. They attend as invited guests, in the sessions and at the evening dinners, receptions and cultural activities.
Networking dinners and cultural visits are part of the event, not an add-on for sponsors. Your team sits among the delegates throughout, learning alongside them in the main conference room.
Our CISOs and CSOs join these events to think aloud about problems they have not solved. Under The Chatham House Rule they will tell you where your category is falling short.
We agree the content, messaging and practicalities with you from signature to onsite delivery and post-event follow-up. You input on theme and delegate profile; we handle everything else.
Delegate lists, agenda control and pitching slots are not available at any price. That is why our delegates come back, and why your presence among them carries weight.

“Being able to moderate the panel and have great discussions with so many different security leaders is great. The one-to-one meetings were really special: profound conversations about their worlds and their challenges across global security.”
Sara Pratley, SVP Global Intelligence, AlertMedia
“A great way to engage with CSOs. Pulse has done a fantastic job in bringing everyone together and we look forward to future events and to continuing the discussion.”
Botan Osman, CEO, Restrata
“We’ve been sponsoring CSO 360 for a number of years. The reason we really like this event is the great people that come. It’s a great audience for us. The Pulse team is very good at making sure you get the most out of the event in building relationships and connecting.”
Justin Crump, CEO, Sibylline
“Always a great opportunity to network with people we haven’t seen in the industry for some time, to understand new technologies and the physical threats we’ll be facing in the future.”
Robert Aldous, Chief Customer Officer, Solace Global
“I attend a lot of security events but these days it’s quality over quantity. The level of person who attends means you can learn something and take it away. From a sponsor perspective, I couldn’t have a better audience.”
Andy Williams, Director, SafeHotels Alliance
“We’ve done a lot of networking with our friends and partners at the evening events. Lots of great conversations have come from it.”
Andrew Devereux, Risk Intelligence Officer, Healix
